We had a wonderful adventure at the Blue Zoo in Oklahoma City! Let me tell you about it.
Our Visit
We started off our visit with a scavenger hunt led by a pirate! The kids absolutely loved it! She led us around the aquarium as we found clues that led us to the hidden treasure. Along the way, the kids got to play on a pirate ship and visit some cool creatures. It was a great time!
After the treasure hunt, we went and explored some more. The aquarium has plenty of hands-on learning and fun. They have areas where you can touch and feed stingrays, hold birds, see sharks, clownfish, and angelfish. They also have live Pirate and Mermaid shows at different times, as well as interactive play areas.
My favorite part was getting to hold the birds. They were all so beautiful! My daughter loved stingrays and the play area. She had the best time climbing on the rock wall. My son loved playing on their jeep and looking at all the reptiles. They had so much fun and did not want to leave!
