Dyna-Glo Signature Series Heavy-Duty Vertical Offset Charcoal Smoker & Grill
You can find their smokers, along with grills, fire pits, patio heaters, and accessories, under the “BBQ & Patio” section. This multi-functional product allows for grilling or smoking meat. You can use the offset for grilling sides or foods that require different temperatures. My husband used it for grilling him some sausage patties while he was smoking our Pork Butt. The smoker and offset cooking grates allow for maximum heat transfer and searing, and the professional-grade, stainless steel temperature gauge features “Grill Zone” and “Smoke Zone” indicators for maintaining an ideal cooking temperature.
We have used it twice so far and have been really impressed with it. It maintains the temperature very well and is easy to use, as well as put together. We were both pleasantly surprised with how spacious it is! My husband went a little overboard the first time he used it and smoked three racks of ribs, bologna, and a pork loin. There was still room for more meat!
