Ingredients
  • 1 Box of Pineapple Cake Mix
  • 1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1 jar Maraschino Cherries (Save the Juice)
  • 1 cup Strawberry Compote
  • 2 Bananas
  • 1 Drizzle Chocolate Syrup
  • Chopped Peanuts
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 cup Pineapple Coconut Water

    Prepare cake mix according to package directions. Let cool. Poke holes in the cake with a straw. I poured a cup of coconut water from Member's Mark Pineapple Spears over the cake. Pour cherry juice over the cake and then drizzle evaporated condensed milk. Spread strawberry compote over the cake. Top with sliced banana. Let the cake cool.  Top with Cool Whip. Spread chopped peanuts on top. Drizzle with chocolate syrup and top with cherries.
